1 mile run,100 Pull-up,200 Push-Ups,300 Squats,1 mile run
Partion pull ups pushups and squats anyway you like.
We will have scaled individual and team versions.
We will run scaled and teams in first heats, individuals doing unscaled Murph will go in last heat.
20 minute staggered starts. Cookout to follow!
