Level 1 CrossFit
This program is designed to introduce an individual to CrossFit lifts and techniques. It is done by using equipment such as Medicine Balls, Kettle bells, Dumb bells, and Body Weight; No Barbells are used. The program is also designed to prepare an individual for the traditional CrossFit Classes when they are ready to move up. Nutritional support and guidance is provided, monthly Nutrition seminars are offered and highly recommended. Upon choosing to take the Level 1 CrossFit route, you attend only the Level 1. Case by Case situation a Level 1 can attend a traditional CrossFit Class.
Once you have learned the proper CrossFit movements you can then begin attending the regular CrossFit classes or whenever your coach gives the thumbs up and you are ready
All levels welcome – especially if you are not quite ready to step into a regular class – we will get you there!
