At CrossFit Great Bridge we work exclusively with compound movements and shorter, high-intensity cardiovascular sessions. Instead of lateral raises, we do push-presses. Instead of curls, we do pull-ups. No leg extensions, we do squats. Why do we do this? Because compound or functional movements and high intensity or anaerobic cardio is radically more effective at eliciting
nearly any desired fitness result.
CrossFit programs are designed to get you in the best shape of your life, under the guidance of skilled coaches. No wandering around the gym wondering what to do, endless hours running on a treadmill, or months of using the same machines without seeing real results. You’ll be guided and coached every step of the way through unique and structured workouts that will get you fit, fast.
