All group fitness classes are designed for everyone to enjoy, no matter your fitness level. Our instructors will offer modifications to assist you in getting the most out of any class.
Offers a full body workout focusing on increasing strength, muscle tone, core work and varying degrees of cardio. Each class and instructor will be unique and will incorporate various types of equipment. We have bands, hand weights, steps, balls and other equipment to offer the best one hour class anywhere!
Zumba®classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. We also have Zumba Sentao, which is Zumba with assistance from a chair.
PILATES– is strength training focusing on the core muscles (back and abdominals) using the body as resistance. The exercise ball, BOSU or bands maybe used with this workout.
TABATA/TONE – is high intensity cardio interval training. This class will increase your heart rate with fast paced moves; it is timed and controlled by the instructor. The Interval training portion generally lasts 30 minutes and the last 30 minutes will be strength and toning with equipment.
WAR- an exciting total body work out usually including some use of the punching bags, a fusion of martial arts and chart topping music.
