Coach Mark  is dedicated to keeping people healthy and fit while getting individuals competition ready. As the the head ” coach” I have the privilege of keeping my other coaches there to help people discover their true potential. There is so much to learn in Crossfit and so many levels to achieve that the process of learning and growing will never end. It is my absolute pleasure to be a part of this journey

Mark’s Goal is to continue learning. His interests lie in helping people achieve a healthier lifestyle through exercise, proper nutrition and functional training. Functional movements are key to being succcessful for everyday life.

Certfied Group Fitness Instructor, Registered Nurse, BSN , ODU, Registered Dietetic Technician, Certified Personal Trainer, Instructor for Tidewater Community College, USN Retired

As a seasoned Nurse and Registered Dietetic Technician, Loretta’s passion is teaching Wellness, Fitness and Nutrition as a lifestyle change. Her interests lie in helping people achieve a healthier lifestyle while combating obesity in all ages.

She trains one on one for those individuals to help them be successful with their goals. In addition, she runs the Beginner CrossFit program to gear up individuals for the full CrossFit classes and the coaches CrossFit Kids/teens program. She teaches cooking classes and teaching people”  how to cook and still make it to the gym”

Loretta completed her first Bodybuilding competition in Aug 2010, where she took 2nd place, attended the 2012 Ancestral Health Symposium, teaches individuals all about Paleo Nutrition and proper eating

Husband and Wife team are striving to make a change to help people have a healthier lifestyle!

I am blessed to have found Crossfit. While it may have its detractors I can assure you that I am not be of them. I believe my journey in Crossfit has allowed me to make new friends who I view as family and create relationships that will undoubtedly last a lifetime. As a “coach” I have the privilege of being there to help people discover their true potential. There is so much to learn in Crossfit and so many levels to achieve that the process of learning and growing will never end. It is my absolute pleasure to be a part of this journey

I’m from Boston Massachusetts,  My favorite movement are Cleans and my least favorite movement is Burpees.

I coach to watch the people around me grow and enjoy fitness. I cant think of many more satisfying moments than to watch a new or veteran athlete achieve a a milestone or conquer a challenging movement and know i may have helped that athlete get there. The look of satisfaction and pride when someone reaches a new level of fitness is priceless.

I’m from Tecumseh Michigan, a proud Navy wife, mother of 4 and a small business owner. My favorite movement is muscle-ups and my least favorite movement is wall-balls.

I became a coach because i love helping change their lives to live healthier.

 

 


 

 

Kevin Dillard

Level 1 CrossFit Trainer

Firefighter / EMT

I’m from Virginia Beach. My favorite movement is the Clean and Jerk, my least favorite Burpees (seriously is this anybody’s favorite?). Least favorite barbell movement Thursters.

I enjoy helping others to achieve their goals, to see how excited they get when they have gotten a lift or reached a goal weight that they have been working so hard to achieve.

I’m from Elmira New York, a 3 sport Collegiate Athlete, I’ve Coached youth sports at multiple levels. And have Qualified for the CrossFit masters division 3 times , best finish 31st . My favorite movement burpees , least favorite CTB pull-ups and toe to bar.

I love everything about fitness. I hope i can motivate, inspire and encourage all, all ages, all levels and abilities. And hope to be a good role model for my boys.

 

 

 

 


 

Ty Watson

I’m from Brooklyn New York, currently pursuing a personal trainer certification through NASM and once that is completed i plan to pursue a CrossFit Level 1 Certification.

Favorite movements , Clean and Jerk and Muscle-ups. Least Favorite Snatches and Hand stand push-ups.

I coach because i love helping athletes live healthy lives while witnessing PR’s.

 

 

 


 

 

 

Holly Belew

I’m from Virginia , grew up right here in Great Bridge. Currently pursuing a personal trainer certification through NASM and CrossFit level 1. I”m a Fitness assistant for MWR and Manager at Wickers Crab Pot. My favorite movements are Deadlifts and Power Snatches, my least favorite overhead squats.

I have a love and passion for fitness and i get to use that motivation to help others achieve there goals and to live the best and healthiest life they can live. Also to see people set  goals and go above and beyond to accomplish those goals!
