Program consists of:
- Weekly Weigh -in (Saturday @8:30am)
- Fitness Assessments– weight, body composition, Sit-ups, Push-ups, 3 min step test, Flexibility (sit and reach).
- Supermarket Tour
- Eating out the Healthy Way – A dining out experience you will love. We will meet at a local restaurant and learn how to read a menu and learn Eating Out tips. (Pay your own way)
- Fitness Kickboxing & Group Fitness Classes
- Nutritional Counseling
Classes available 6 days a week
- Goal of the program is to attend the gym a minimum of 4x per week, 2 cardiovascular classes and 2 strength classes. The more you attend the better the results you will see. *See Group Fitness schedule for listing of classes
- Fitness Kickboxing
- X.C.T – Thursday- Resistance training Full body workout
- Nutrition Session – Every Tuesday @ 6:30pm
- Fitness Manual
- Record exertion level and keep track weights
