“L”s Taco Meat

“L’s Taco meat & seasoning 


  • 2 lb Ground Beef
  • ½ cup – 1 cup of Spicy V8 Juice Low Sodium
  • ½ cup – Fresh Salsa
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paparika
  • ½ tsp chipotle pepper
  • ½ tsp Chili powder


  1. Cook ground beef over med high heat, adding ½ of the V8 juice ,  cook until just turning brown then drain off fat, if neede

Add seasonings to the meat mixture

Add the salsa and V8 first, then the remaining ingredients

Cook on low heat until all juices are absorbed and seasoning are mixed well, stirring periodically

Taste meat once fully cooked, add additional seasoning for extra spicy
